The Chin Coulee area sits within the Lethbridge Corridor of Southern Alberta — a region with a long, documented history of Mannville heavy oil production. The geology here is well-mapped. Offset wells have produced. That doesn't eliminate risk, but it does mean we're working with real data rather than theory.
Keho Energy holds a contiguous land position in this area. Our technical team has reviewed the regional data, the offset production history, and the subsurface interpretation. We believe the opportunity is real, the timing is right, and the program is executable.
We're not here to oversell. The reservoir has variability — as all reservoirs do. What we can say honestly is that the upside is meaningful and the downside is bounded by a program we've sized to match our actual confidence level, not our optimistic one.
