Participating With Us
We're not looking for the most investors. We're looking for the right ones — people who understand the business, ask good questions, and want to be part of something built with care.
What participation looks like
Keho Energy is offering participation interests in the Chin Coulee program. This is a private placement — not a public offering, not a fund, not a passive product. You would be a direct participant in a specific oil and gas program.
That means you'll know what wells are being drilled, what the results are, and what decisions are being made. You'll hear from us directly. We don't believe in hiding behind quarterly reports.
The program is already funded. We are not coming to you with a hat in hand. We're offering participation because we believe the right partners make a program better — and because we'd rather build this with people who are genuinely interested in what we're doing.
The process
Introduce yourself
Tell us who you are. That's all we ask to start. No commitment, no obligation.
We share the details
Well economics, capital structure, projected returns, risk factors. Everything you need to make an informed decision.
Ask us anything
We commit to answering every question honestly — including the ones that might give you pause.
Decide on your terms
There is no pressure and no deadline. If it's right for you, we'll welcome you in. If it's not, we'll part as friends.
Questions we get asked
Is this a public offering?
No. This is a private placement offered to accredited investors and close associates of the company. It is not registered with any securities regulator and is not available to the general public.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
In most cases, yes. Canadian securities law sets out specific criteria for participation in private placements. We will walk through the applicable exemptions with anyone who is seriously evaluating participation.
What is the minimum participation?
We haven't set a hard floor. We're more interested in the right participants than the largest cheques. That said, the program is structured for meaningful participation — we'll discuss what makes sense in the context of a direct conversation.
What happens if the first well doesn't perform?
We report the results honestly and evaluate the path forward. If the geology doesn't support continued development, we say so. Participants will have full visibility into results before any decision is made to continue.
How will I receive updates?
Directly, from Michael or Murray. Not through a newsletter or a portal. We believe in personal communication with the people who have trusted us with their capital.
Can I visit the site?
Yes. We welcome it. If you want to see the land, meet the team, and understand the operation firsthand, we'll make that happen.
Ready to introduce yourself?
One step. Tell us your name and email. We'll take it from there — at whatever pace works for you.
